The Roof Cortina embodies the Ampezzo architectural style in every detail, starting from the main material, wood recovered from a barn in Cortina. A precious material expertly worked by the Menardi carpentry.

THE APERITIF
At The Roof Cortina, the aperitif concept is innovative and extends to a bistro service with carefully selected, well-prepared, and easily enjoyable dishes. In the evening, the aperitif will also be accompanied by raw seafood, and on certain weekends, we have planned dedicated musical entertainment.
